When you purchase a key, we may receive the email address and license details needed to deliver and manage that purchase. Stripe handles card information; Adrenaline does not store full card numbers or security codes.
If you contact support, we may keep the message, account or license details you choose to provide, and relevant error information so we can respond.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver keys, confirm payments, provide support, prevent obvious abuse, keep records required for our services, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Payment processing, hosting, email delivery, and basic site operations may involve third-party providers. Those providers receive only what they need to perform their role and handle information under their own policies.
Retention
We keep purchase and support information for as long as it is reasonably needed for account access, support, security, or legal obligations. You can ask us to review or delete information where applicable.
Cookies and links
The site may use browser storage for preferences such as the docs theme. We may link to Discord, Stripe, or other services; their privacy practices are separate from ours.
Children
Adrenaline is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
